My triumphant return to running. First run in 20 days, this is unacceptable for a marathoner, I’m slightly disappointed in myself for letting it go on that long.

I could make excuses like the flu, or polar vortex, blizzards and 50 below temps but a mostly I think it was a bit of laziness. My eating was great though, so yeah I’m back.

OH AND…. My Triathlon training starts MONDAY!!!
